The 22nd annual Meet-the-Artists exhibit opens at Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library's Central Library in February. Communications Department's Jon Barnes talks with Tony Radford, artist and curator of the exhibit, about the month-long display of artwork by local African American artists as well as the gala event to kick off the month held at Central Library on February 6, 2010.
